Terms of Service
The agreement between Opskeet and the people and businesses that use it.
Updated 1 November 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms are between Ariflogs Services LLC, trading as Opskeet (“we” or “us”), and the person or business using Opskeet (“you”). By creating an account or using Opskeet, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract. If you use Opskeet for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. What Opskeet does
Opskeet gives your website a chat widget, a shared inbox for chats and email, an AI agent that answers from your knowledge, a help center and website analytics. We may add, change or remove features. Features marked as beta may be incomplete.
AI answers can be wrong. You decide what the AI learns from, and you’re responsible for checking what it tells your visitors.
3. Your account and team
Keep your sign-in email secure. You’re responsible for everything done in your projects, including by teammates you invite, and for the roles you give them. Tell us right away at hello@opskeet.com if you think someone used your account without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the laws that apply to you, and not use Opskeet to:
- send spam or emails people didn’t ask for;
- mislead people about who you are or what you offer, or send links to scams, malware or phishing pages;
- harass or threaten anyone, or send hateful, sexual or violent content;
- promote illegal goods or services;
- collect passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health details in chats;
- add websites you don’t have the right to crawl;
- knowingly collect data from children;
- probe, overload, copy or reverse engineer Opskeet.
We may pause features or suspend an account to stop a breach of this section or protect people. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
5. Your content and your visitors’ data
You own your content, your knowledge, and the data of the people who visit, chat with or email your website. You give us permission to host, copy and process it only to provide, secure and support Opskeet. When we process personal data for you, we act as your processor and follow your instructions, under our Data Processing Addendum.
You’re responsible for having the right to use that data, for telling your visitors how you use it, for example in your privacy policy, and for any consent the law requires where you add Opskeet to your site.
6. AI keys
If you add your own Anthropic key, requests made with it are between you and Anthropic, under your Anthropic account and its terms, and Anthropic bills you for them.
7. Plans and pricing
Plans and pricing are agreed with us; see pricing or contact us at hello@opskeet.com.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Opskeet at any time. We may end or suspend the agreement if you seriously breach these Terms or use Opskeet unlawfully, or if we stop offering it. See the Privacy Policy for how to delete data.
9. Our rights
We own Opskeet, its software and its brand. These Terms give you only the right to use it while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Opskeet is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn’t limit liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
11. General
New Hampshire law governs these Terms, and New Hampshire courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a different right that can’t be waived. If we materially change these Terms, we’ll give reasonable notice in the app or by email.
